- At VSOONI, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we have a mandatory Open Box Delivery policy, which means that all products will be delivered in an open box condition for inspection. If you do not accept the Open Box Delivery, we regret to inform you that our Refund Policy will not be applicable.
- By accepting the delivery of the product, you acknowledge that the product has been inspected and is in working condition.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within [same time of delivery] days from the date of delivery, but only if you have accepted the Open Box Delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received.
