We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- A cancellation request must be made in writing via email or through our customer service portal.
- If the order is cancelled, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
